Returns policy

Any item being returned must be unused and in its original condition. If you use the item or tamper with tags, you will lose your right to return the goods under our returns policy.

In the unfortunate circumstances that you may wish to return an item, please be aware that we cannot offer free returns, and you will have to cover the cost of shipping. Refunds can be submitted via email for up to — days after you’ve received your order.

We do NOT accept returns on any personalised items.

In the circumstances that you may have received a faulty item, please contact us via email and we will be more than happy to amend the issue.
